Case Cicladi is one of our favourite rental. First because we like the owners, then because this place has a great feeling and it is very well done. Even if there are ten apartments you still have your privacy and from the balcony or patio you can really relax with the only "noise" of singing birds! In warmer months - from May to October, you can enjoy the sandy beach down the street or go for a scuba dive. Tastefully furnished, the apartments are divided in three two storeys units- for a total of 10 apartments, amphitheater like disposed on the gulf and parted by green spaces decked with several species of trees, flowers and acquatic plants. A big barbecue area with a big marble table covered by cans and a children playground are common facilities for the guests.

There are two style of rentals: A type and B type. Both type of apartments are either ground or first floor.Each apartment has a spacious living/dining room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and heating. Both types have the same layout, but B type has a larger living room and kitchen and some of them have an extra room. Among the B type, two of them have a separate kitchen and both of them are on the ground floor in the lower unit. The three units are divided as follow: Two units for a total of six apartment are in the higher deck of the property and are divided by a large garden area with view of the harbor of Porticello, the third one is in the lower deck of the property and it has four apartments, still with a great sea view. Heating with radiator is provided in all four apartment of the lower deck. The others are with gas burning stove. By this fall all the apartments will have heat with radiator. Cicladi has a perfect location for many reasons: it is located 10 km east of Palermo and the train station is only 15 minutes walk away. Going to Palermo take just 20 minutes so you won't need to drive in the mad city traffic! At the same train station you may take the train toward Cefalu for an easy day trip.

There are two small villages with shops and restaurant very famous in the area for serving fresh fish. Porticello - one of them, has one of the main fish market of Palermo area.

The ancient ruins of Solunto are 2 kilometers away.
