VillaChiaramonte is an extremely fine seaside rental. It was literally built on the slope overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.The owner is an Architect and you can say it as soon as you'll arrive here:through the entrance gate you walk onto a grass garden that serves as the roof . Then in the middle of this grass lawn you'll find the stairs down to to the front door and living room. Villa Chiaramonte is developed in a single floor. As you step in you'll notice the nice furnishing and the elegant touch of Sicilian antiques. There is a living area with fireplace, sofabed a table and on the opposite side there is a kitchenette decorated with anitque Sicilian tiles. On the same floor there are two bedroom: one double and one with two singles bed that was originally designed for the family's kids. Most of all you'll be impress by the view you can admire through the wood framed glass doors and the fabulous terrace you can reach trough them. Here you'll find a shaded area with table and chairs good for outdoor meals, a barbecue and the steps down to the beach that is shared with the few neighbors living there. This is a place that will be hard to forget.

Villa Chiaramonte is located on the Cefalu coastline, 50 km east from Palermo and just 2 kilometers from Cefalù. Here you can admire one of Sicilian jewels of Arabian-Norman arcitecture: The Cathedral is a must see thing when you are around here. It sits at the base of a sheer rock cliff that jabs 1000 feet into the sky where it is located "La Rocca", an old fortified watch tower. For Nature lovers we'll suggest visit the Nature Reserve of Madonie Mountains. There great paths to trekking and very nice old village: Isnello, Castelbuono, Gratteri are just some ideas...

There is a train station in Cefalu which can take you towards Messina along the coats, or to Palermo.
